ibtikar creative lab criteria
we retain a flexible approach to criteria, but the following should serve as a guideline.
- ibtikar creative lab provides grant funding in the range of US$1,000 to US$50,000.
- It differs from twofour54 ibtikar's other funding activities in that we are not looking to own your idea or format, nor do we require our money back.
- We are interested in backing locally originated, Arab-led initiatives that demonstrate unique and exceptional creativity.
- You must convince us about the long term potential of your project.
- If we like your project and believe it is a potential success, you will be provided with a working space and environment here at twofour54 for you to develop your idea.
Applicants should be in a position to answer the following questions:
- What makes my idea original and what am I trying to achieve?
- Who are the people I am targeting i.e. age, location etc and why?
- How will an ibtikar creative lab grant help me execute and commercialise my idea?
- How much grant funding do I need to develop the idea?
